Facial Hair

I am very troubled with facial hair and not just upperlip but also chin, cheeks and jaws. I don't want to bleach because it is not really advisable for women living in sunny countries.I had threaded recently but threading also doesn't seem like a viable option as it is very painful (upperlip I can bear with because it is a small area). And also though my face was looking fresh and clear after the threading,in light I could see the thread marks on my face.
And about "shaving" I don't know.I have never tried it but I hear some women do it with excellent results. But my concern is what if it produces a stubble on my face and make the hair coarser?

malina, don't think of shaving as an option for facial hair...the results would not be good and besides the growth after the trial will be thicker and nastier. Waxing is a better option, if you find threading too painful...you get small waxing strips at Guardian or Watson...Company name: Nair...there may be some others as well..

Thanks Neelum.I'll try the wax strips from next time because threading leaves some marks on the sides of the face.

Nair Strips are really good.I have been using them almost 4 yrs now.

Malina, you could also try this:
bleach on day 1, keep bleach on only for 5-7 minutes, then on Day 2, you do the threading or waxing, with this the effect is more prominent and you look fresher.
